Michael

Registered Dental Assistant

Michael became a registered dental assistant in 2019 after completing the license program at Allan Hancock College, and he joined Town Center Dental only nine months later. He likes how personally Dr. Sara treats every patient. Every patient is scheduled so Dr. Sara rarely has to leave the room, giving the patient her undivided attention. Michael’s hobbies include biking, going on hikes, and building PCs in his spare time.

LeeAnna

Insurance Coordinator & Dental Assistant

LeeAnna joined our team in 2020 and loves the working environment and the plethora of learning opportunities it presents her. LeeAnna makes sure that all our patients, and her coworkers, are doing well, and she assists them with anything they need help with. “Dr. Sara is the only dentist that my family goes to — she does a great job and takes pride in her work and will make sure you are 100% happy before you leave her office.” When she’s not at the office, LeAnna enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends.

Jen

Insurance Biller, Treatment Coordinator & Certified Dental Assistant

Jen was born and raised in Lancaster and moved to the central coast in 2012, when she joined the Town Center Dental team. She fully understands the ins and outs of dentistry. She loves giving our patients great new smiles and confidence, and she helps them understand how insurance and their treatment plans work. “Our staff is like family; we have lots of fun outside of the office as well as in the office.” Jen has a husband and two sons: Brandon and Reid. In her free time, she likes hiking, working out, and boating.

Gloria

Office Manager

Gloria has been with our team for over 12 years, and she has many office duties, from scheduling coordinator to treatment coordinator to marketing director. Gloria is a licensed cosmetologist, but she loves working with our patients. They all feel like family, and Dr. Sara cares deeply about her staff.

Gloria loves her coworkers and as the only Spanish-speaking employee besides Dr. Sara, she is an asset to our team. Gloria is married and has three kids: two boys and a girl. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, diamond art, and working out.
